Feng Shui Detailed Intake Form

Now that we have decided to work together, I ask that you provide more detailed information. These are things I would note if I came to your home for the survey.

In addition to the information you provide, I will use Google Earth and Google maps to further explore your external environment. All of this information will inform my divination regarding the situation of the people who live in the house and allow me to make recommendations for adjustments.

Name(Required)

The compass degree of your house and each exterior door. I want to know what numbers you get rather than NW or SE for example.

  • Please use an analog compass (not a phone compass) if possible.
  • Start at the back of the house. Standing outside the house, put the compass against the wall and note the number.
  • Repeat this procedure for the back door and any other exterior doors. Take the reading by placing the compass against the door and note the number.
  • Repeat the measurement, this time at the front door. Note the number.
Including year, month, day, hour and location
Tell me which room/whose room you are showing me. Wide angles are helpful, please go through the walkthrough slowly so I can see everything
